Thanks to this great community, Cowboy Cafe has seen great success over the years, 10 years to be exact. Since 2006, they have been cooking up your favorite home style meals in the friendliest of atmospheres. To celebrate their anniversary, Cowboy Cafe is thrilled to announce expanded hours for dinner starting this spring! Beginning March 4th, Roswell’s favorite cafe will be open Friday and Saturday until 9pm. The evening menu will include a new appetizer section, a few mesquite fire wood grilled steaks, some nightly specials and made-from-scratch desserts that will satisfy your sweet tooth.
The Cafe has already been refining their menu, and has added some pretty incredible entrees. They have brought in an Alien Omelet for those space creature fanatics, a quickly growing favorite is their Chicken Biscuit and Taters and their basket of Chicken Fried Bacon. Each are delightfully delicious all the way around.
If you haven’t had a chance to eat their new burger, the Cowboss, you must make your way into the cafe and get you one. The burger is a three pounds of fresh daily ground beef, spittin’ hot cheese (American and ghost pepper cheese), jalapeño bacon, roasted green chile, Black Betty BBQ sauce, mayo, tomato, onion rings, pickles on a nine inch bun and served withcowboy fries. “Eat the whole thing and find yourself on our Cowboss Hall of Fame wall,”
says Madux, excitedly pointing to the newly decorated turquoise wall.
Lots of new and exciting things are coming to the community through Cowboy Cafe in 2016. Mark your calendars for their second annual Parking Lot Party, March 19th, supporting the local 4-H Clubs and stay tuned for other special events.
