BellObitLoman Trevor Bell passed away on Friday, May 12, 2017, in Dexter, NM. A Memorial Service was held at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, May 19, 2017, 2 p.m. Interment followed at General Douglas L. McBride Veteran’s Cemetery. On August 13, 1967, Trevor was born to James Bell and Helena Aston Bell in Roswell, NM. Trevor married the love of his life, Michelle Martinez Bell on June 13, 1991, in Alamogordo, NM. After graduating, Trevor enrolled in the US Air Force and received an Associate’s Degree. Before retirement, he was an Aircraft Armament Systems Specialist for the US Air Force, FLETC and MISTIC, Inc for 29 years. While in the US Air Force, he received several honors and medals and was ranked Master Sergeant (E7). Trevor went to the Persian Gulf War in 1991 and was most proud to serve in the US Air Force. Trevor enjoyed drone flying, electronics and gunsmithing. He loved the outdoors, camping and 4 wheeling. Although he is no longer with us, Trevor’s memory will live on in his family and all the friends he has left behind.
Those left to cherish Trevor’s memory are loving wife, Michelle Martinez Bell; sons: Nickolas Ryan, Blaine Xavier of Dexter, NM; parents: James and Elaine Bell of Dexter, NM; grandmother, Helen Aston of Dexter, NM; father-in-law, Pablo Martinez; mother-in-law, Dora Martinez; brother’s-in-law, Marty Martinez (Amanda), Paul John Martinez (Tina), Chris Martinez (Mary), Robert Martinez (Melanie); sister’s-in-law: Becky Franco (Bob), Paula Allison (Mike); numerous uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, many great friends that span the globe; and precious squirrel, Rocket.
Trevor was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Johnni and Vatis Bell; and maternal grandfather, Nook Aston.
