More than $2,500 in cash stolen

The following reports are from the Roswell Police Department and are available at rpdp2c.org. All people arrested or cited are presumed innocent.

Police were dispatched to the 3000 block of North Garden Avenue at 7:34 a.m. Thursday on a larceny call. Cash totaling $2,575 was reported stolen.

Arrests and arrest citations
Alexander H. Crist, 57, of the 600 block of West First Street, was charged with possession of a controlled substance in the 800 block of West Second Street at 4:26 a.m. Thursday.
Abel Hernandez, 43, of the 1600 block of Stanton Avenue, was charged with possession of marijuana in the 2300 block of North Main Street at 12:34 a.m. Thursday.
David Michael Urquides, 51, of the 400 block of 24th Street, was charged with possession of marijuana in the 100 block of East Country Club Road at 12:16 a.m. Thursday.
Francisco Miguel Nanez, 39, of the 600 block of East Reed Street, was charged with drinking in public in the 900 block of East Second Street at 2:58 p.m. Wednesday.
Racheal Marie Matta, 36, of the 1300 block of East Alameda Street, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in the 3000 block of North La Jolla Lane at 11:13 p.m. Tuesday.
Andrew Nelson Needham Jr., 55, of the 100 block of Ash Avenue, was charged with possession of controlled substances in the 3000 block of North La Jossa Lane at 6:53 p.m. Tuesday.

Burglaries
Police were dispatched to the 500 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue at 2:02 p.m. Thursday on a burglary call. Cash, tools and electronics valued at approximately $1,200 were reported stolen.
Police were dispatched to the 2600 block of North Main Street at 12:49 p.m. Wednesday on a burglary call. A purse and documents were stolen and property was damaged with an estimated value of $600.
Police were dispatched to the 1900 block of South Sunset Avenue at 3:53 p.m. Tuesday on a burglary call. A TV, a modem and a window were stolen or damaged with an approximate value of $800.

Criminal damage
Police were dispatched to the 1000 block of East 18th Street at 9:32 p.m. Wednesday on a criminal damage call. A window and frame valued at approximately $400 were damaged.

Larceny
Police were dispatched to the 2800 block of North Main Street at 3:01 p.m. Wednesday on a larceny call. A wallet and cash valued at $190 was reported stolen.
