Mary Lu Fullerton Parker, 75, passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2017. A family memorial service will be held at a later date. A tribute of Mary Lu’s life may be found at andersonbethany.com where you may leave memories and expressions of sympathy for her family.
Lu graduated from St. Mary’s High School, in Albuquerque, NM, and went to college at New Mexico State University. She worked as a postal clerk and as a business manager at Camp Sierra Blanca. Mainly she was a wife, homemaker, mother and grandmother. Lu also served as a 4-H leader, teaching sewing to young girls.
Surviving to cherish Mary Lu’s memory are her loving husband of 54 years, Gene; four sons: David and wife, Angie, Jim and wife, Julie, Robert and wife, Leslie, John and wife, Rissie; seven grandchildren: Kelsey, Christen, Jessica, Scott, Ryan, Payson, and Keylee; special daughter, Melissa Wilkison and husband, Craig; special grandchildren: Madison and Brandon; brother Jerry, brother Jack and wife, Marie; and sister-in-law, Pam.
Preceding Mary Lu in death are her parents: Ray and Vivian Fullerton; and brother, Bob Fullerton.
