Absolute Wireless, a Nashville-based cellular retail company, has expanded its reach throughout the Southeast with the purchase of 23 Sprint locations in Alabama, Georgia, Arkansas and Tennessee. The company now owns a total of 55 Sprint locations across four states.

The acquisitions follow the announcement of Grant Burrow as the company’s new CFO and equity partner in June 2016. Burrow, who joined Absolute Wireless when the company held just 32 locations in Tennessee, has more than 17 years of experience as an owner and operator of Wireless Direct and has been a major asset to Absolute Wireless’ growth.
Absolute Wireless provides exceptional customer service, quality accessories and affordable rates to customers as the largest Sprint dealer in the Southeast. To maintain the highest level of customer service in all locations, Robert Hartline, owner and CEO of Absolute Wireless, said the company will be developing telepresence capabilities to allow guests in high-traffic stores to virtually interact with representatives in other locations as needed.
“As our company continues to grow, this new system will ensure all customers are served promptly by a trained representative no matter which location they visit,” Hartline said. “This is an exciting time for Absolute Wireless and we want to make the move into neighboring states without losing our quality of service.”
Absolute Wireless currently employs 360 customer service representatives and will now be hiring for an additional 75 positions. To learn more about Absolute Wireless, visit absolutewireless.net.
