Reporter’s Note: The woman reported missing by her husband has been found. At 8:56 p.m. Thursday, the RPD reached out to the Daily Record stating that 30-year-old Kapri Wixon had been found and had left her home on her own behalf.

Roswell Police Department investigators are seeking information from the public in reference to a woman reported missing Thursday morning.

According to a news release from the RPD’s public information officer, Todd Wildermuth, the husband of 30-year-old Kapri Wixon notified police about seven hours after realizing his wife was not home.

“Wixon’s husband said he awoke about 4 a.m. Thursday and his wife was not at home in their residence in the Thunderbird Mobile Home Park in the 900 block of North Atkinson Avenue,” Wildermuth said. “He said she had not returned home by the time he reported her missing to RPD shortly before 11 a.m. Thursday.”

Police said Kapri Wixon is described as being 5 feet, 6 inches in height, about 220 pounds, with brown/black hair and brown eyes.

Her husband told authorities that Kapri Wixon could be wearing a black-and-white top and may be accompanied with a brown dachshund dog.
