Carolyn “Pam” Kille

Fort Wayne, IN – Carolyn “Pam” R. Kille, age 86, passed away surrounded by family on Sunday, October 8, 2017.
Carolyn was born in Spencerville, OH on October 23, 1930 and was the daughter of Raymond Ramsey and Bernice (Rapp) Ramsey Jacobs, and the step-daughter of Charles Jacobs.
Carolyn graduated from Ohio Northern University in Ada, OH as one of only five women from Pharmacy School and worked as a pharmacist for many years.
Carolyn had many interests and was multi-talented in everything she did. She attended the International Guild of Miniature Artisans (IGMA) in Castine, Maine for over 25 years and became a skilled builder of dollhouses and room boxes for miniature dolls. Other hobbies included quilting, hand-braiding rugs, sewing, painting, and knitting among others. Carolyn also ran businesses (Etcetera Etc.) dealing in depression glass in NY and beads and lace in NM.
Carolyn married her college sweetheart, Robert Kille, in 1953. They resided in Glenville, NY for many years before retiring to Roswell, NM in 1995.
Carolyn is preceded by her husband Robert, who passed away in 2013 and survived by her children Charlie (Betsy) Kille of Ft. Wayne, IN and Katie (Jeff) Syron of Schenectady, NY; grandchildren David Kille of Billerica, MA; Martha (Andrew) Winters of Fremont, OH; and step-grandchildren Nicholas, Trevor and Stephen Syron.
A private burial service will be held at a later date in Spencerville, OH.
