Bobby Louis Kendrick of Desoto, Texas, passed away on November 15, 2017.
Celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Driggers and Decker Family Funeral Home in Red Oak, Texas with Rev. Jim Harrison and Kade Wilcox officiating.
Bobby was born on June 3, 1949 in Roswell, New Mexico to Louis and Bobbie Kendrick. He became a proud Eagle Scout in 1967. Bobby enjoyed deer hunting, leather work and watching sports. He was a certified prankster and was known as “Mr. Fix-It.” Bobby was also an avid photographer; his pictures will be part of his legacy. Family was his number one priority, he especially loved spending time with his grandkids and being “Uncle Bob.” His personality filled the room and will be truly missed.
Bobby is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Marilyn Seidel Kendrick.
He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Linda Kendrick; sons, Rob Kendrick and his wife, Rebekah of West Helena, Arkansas and Clint Kendrick and his wife, Wendy of Burleson, Texas; grandchildren, Maddie Kendrick, Nate Kendrick, Abby Kendrick, Elle Kendrick, Weston Glaser, Colton Glaser and McKenzie Williams; brother, Ron Kendrick, sisters, Peggy Kendrick, Patsy Schwochow, Pam Stevens, Becky Flen and numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
