Police were dispatched to the 300 block of North Michigan Avenue at 12 a.m. in reference to a criminal damage.

Police were dispatched to the 800 block of South Lincoln Avenue at 12:14 a.m. in reference to found narcotics.

Police were dispatched to the 100 block of A Street at 12:56 a.m. in reference to an aggravated assault against household member call.

Police were dispatched to the 700 block of West 10th Street at 12:57 a.m. in reference to an aggravated assault with a knife call.

An arrest was made at the 100 block of South Lincoln Avenue at 4 a.m.

Walter Dennis Costello was charged with an aggravated assault against a household member at 3 A St. 4:50 a.m.

Suzanne Thompson was charged with possession of controlled substances at 100 S. Lincoln Avenue at 6:05 a.m.

Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Jaffa Street at 7:09 a.m. in reference to a disorderly conduct. Mariah Rae Rivera was charged with disorderly conduct and immediate notice of accident.

Felix Tommy Vallejos was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at the 400 block of East Forest Street at 7:45 a.m.

Edward Lee Goodrum was charged with obstructing an officer, failure to appear, failure to pay fines and forgery of a credit card at the 600 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue at 9:19 a.m.

Police were dispatched to a larceny at the 3100 block of North Kentucky Avenue at 11:45 a.m.

Philip Anthony Gonzales was charged with shoplifting at the 500 block of East Second Street at 1:34 p.m.

Police were dispatched to the 700 block of North Plains Park Drive in reference to a criminal damage call at 3:38 p.m.

Police were dispatched to the 700 block of West Albuquerque Street in reference to a criminal damage call at 3:45 p.m.

Police were dispatched to the 800 block of West Hobbs Street in reference to a larceny shoplifting call.

Sergio Chavez and Manuel E. Salcido were charged with shoplifting at 1705 South Main Street at 7:14 and 8:07 p.m.

Police were dispatched to the 1000 block of North Lea Avenue in reference to an aggravated battery against a household member call at 8:35 p.m. Aaron Gaston was charged.

Police were dispatched to the 2600 block of West Second Street in reference to criminal trespassing call at 10:29 p.m. Prestinia Julie Grajeda was charged.

Police were dispatched to the 500 block of West McGaffey Street in reference to a larceny shoplifting call at 11:32 p.m.

Christopher J. Montoya was charged with disorderly conduct at the 1600 block of Stanton Avenue at 12:30 a.m.

Jasmin Tarae Jenkins was charged with fraud at the 3700 block of South Atkinson Avenue at 4:31 a.m.

Gustabo Robledo, 46, was charged with criminal sexual penetration at the 3400 block of Diana Drive at 4:38 a.m.

According to an arrest report from the Roswell Police Department, Robledo had woken up his wife, and was trying to touch her.

The victim told police that Robledo had forced himself upon her despite the multiple times she had told him to stop. The victim later showed authorities “several bruises” upon her arm and shoulders.

A night search warrant was later executed by the RPD at the 3400 block of Diana Drive.

“Mr. Robledo was then read his Miranda right,” an officer wrote. “Mr. Robledo did not wish to speak with me. However, he did make a comment that he as a husband and (the victim) as his wife, it is her job to sexually please him if he requires it.”

Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of West Hendricks Street at 9:05 a.m. in reference to a criminal damage call.

Police were dispatched to the 600 block of West Mescalaro Road in reference to an aggravated assault with a firearm against a household member at 12:31 p.m. According to the Roswell Police Department’s public information officer, Todd Wildermuth, it was an altercation among one man who was with his girlfriend in a parking lot on Garden when the woman’s ex-boyfriend pulled up.

“The ex followed the couple after they drove away, and the current boyfriend claims the ex held a gun out his window while he was following them,” Wildermuth said. “The ex disputes that claim. The current boyfriend and girlfriend ended up at a parking lot on Mescalero.”

Wildermuth said no arrests were made, but the case will be turned over to the district attorney for review of possible prosecution.

Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of South Main Street at 1:33 p.m. in reference to a larceny shoplifting call.

Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of South Main Street at 2:46 p.m. in reference to a battery on a household member call.

Juan Manuel Silva was charged with failure to appear, failure to pay fines and concealing property at the corner of West Wildy and South Main streets.

Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of South Union Avenue at 8:55 p.m. in reference to a non-aggravated battery on a household member call.

Sunday

Frank Loera II was charged with failure to appear at 12:03 a.m. at the 500 block of West McGaffey Street.

Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Summit Street at 1:52 a.m. in reference to a verbal domestic dispute call.

Police were dispatched to the corner of Apple Street and North Greenwood Avenue in reference to a found narcotics call.
