Tuesday arrests

Timothy M. Frazier was charged with failure to appear at the 400 block of North Montana Avenue at 1:25 a.m.

Penny L. Cherry was charged with failure to pay fines at the corner of East Second Street and North Virginia Avenue at 1:37 a.m.

Derald W. Helms was charged with public nuisance at the 400 block of West Country Club Road at 1:58 a.m.

Timothy M. Frazier was charged with failure to appear at the corner of North Montana Avenue and Riverside Drive at 4:43 a.m.

Arthur Jason Mestas was charged with failure to appear at the 3700 block of South Atkinson Avenue at 9:30 a.m.

Charles Bradley Baesler was charged with unlawful taking of a vehicle or motor vehicle at the 2900 block of South Sunset Avenue at 5:25 p.m.

Eloy P. Maes was charged with disorderly house at Van Lueven Place at 11:35 a.m.

Roman Joseph Maes was charged with disorderly house at Van Lueven Place at 11:54 a.m.

Tuesday incidents 

Police were dispatched to a verbal domestic dispute call at the 1600 block of North Missouri Avenue at 6:21 a.m.

Police were dispatched to a criminal damage call at the 800 block of East Berrendo Road at 8:10 a.m.

Police were dispatched to a criminal damage call at the 300 block of East Alameda Street at 8:50 a.m.

Police were dispatched to a non-aggravated battery on household member call at the 1400 block of East Tilden Street at 1:47 p.m.

Police were dispatched to the 1900 block of South Adams Drive in reference to an unlawful taking of motor vehicle call at 5:25 p.m.

Police were dispatched to a missing person call at the 1200 block of North Missouri Avenue at 8:29 p.m.

Police were dispatched to a criminal damage call at the 300 block of Hondo Drive at 10:35 p.m.
