Monday arrests

Sarah A. Garcia was charged with failure to appear at the 2100 block of Prairie Avenue at 12:38

Jose Ambrocio Tejeda was charged with aggravated stalking and contempt of court at the 2800 block of South Purdue Drive at 12:42 a.m.

Donna Marie Burgess was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at the corner of North Michigan Avenue and West First Street at 2:26 a.m.

Maria Adelite Briones was charged with failure to appear at the corner of South Michigan Avenue and West First Street at 3:48 a.m.

Anthony J. Guarriello was charged with unlawful use of license at the 1700 block of South Union Avenue at 6:05 a.m.

Albert R. Aguilera was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at the 200 block of South Union Avenue at 12:41 p.m.

Crystal A. Froseth was charged with failure to appear and failure to pay fines at the 100 block of West Alameda Street at 1:17 p.m.

Madeline L. Casillas was charged with failure to comply at the 100 block of West Second Street at 1:30 p.m.

Perry L. Kirk was charged with two miscellaneous arrests at the 100 block of East Fifth Street at 5:33 p.m.

Sonny Ray Contreras was charged with a probation violation at the 1000 block of West Princeton Drive at 6:12 p.m.

Jerry V. Baldonado was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at the 1300 block of Southeast Main at 10:11 p.m.

Monday incidents

Police were dispatched to the report of a verbal domestic dispute at the 700 block of North Greenwood Avenue at 7:38 a.m.

Police were dispatched to the report of a burglary by forced entry at the 400 block of East Second Street at 8:03 a.m. Hydraulic fluid and oil valued at $1,000 was reported stolen and later recovered.

Police were dispatched to the report of a burglary by forced entry at the Roswell Literacy Council at 609 W. Tenth St. at 9:08 a.m. Food and change valued at $10 was reported stolen.

Police reported finding 6.5 grams of marijuana while on a warrant service call at the 1500 block of Pontiac Drive at 10:01 a.m.

Police were dispatched to a criminal trespass call at the 500 block of North Main Street at 1:44 a.m.

Police were dispatched to a lost property call at the 300 block of East Mescalero Road at 4:53 p.m. A container of Zolpiden belonging to an 82-year-old man was reported lost.

Police were dispatched to a criminal damage call at the 1500 block of Pecos Avenue at 5:26 p.m. Body damage to a 2014 Honda Accord were estimated at $3,000.

Police were dispatched to a criminal damage call at the 1400 block of West Second Street at 6:15 p.m. The front left tire to a 1990 Acura was reported damaged.

Police were dispatched to a criminal damage call at the 600 block of East Vista Parkway at 6:30 p.m. The rear of a Jeep and a driveway were covered in oil, with damaged estimated at $125.

Police were dispatched to a missing report at the 900 block of Pecan Drive at 6:58 p.m.

Police were dispatched to the report of a verbal domestic dispute at the 800 block of East Albuquerque Street at 8:27 p.m.

Police were dispatched to the report of a non-forced aggravated burglary at the 1500 block of West Tilden Street at 8:55 p.m. Both a Canik and Kel Tec handgun with a total value of $850 were reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to a larceny call at the 400 block of North Missouri Avenue at 9:37 p.m. A wallet including a Wells Fargo debit card, an American Express credit card, and a New York driver’s license were reported stolen.

Police were dispatched a found narcotics call at the 1400 block of East McGaffey Street at 11:10 p.m.
