Terri Elliott-Carlos, 62 prepared herself for Gods’ plan and passed away peacefully with her family by her side on February 15, 2018 in Mansfield, Texas. Her great love for God and his promise is what carried her through in her courageous battle to the end. What a warrior!
Terri (Theresa Kay Scott) was born in San Diego, CA on June 26, 1955. She was adopted at birth by Thomas and Mary Scott and raised in San Diego, but has traveled to 46 states, except for four. She is survived by her husband, Frenchie Carlos of Roswell, NM. Her precious daughter Mary Palma (“I love you baby”), amazing son-in-law Cris, and her beautiful granddaughters, Ashley and Ava from Mansfield, TX. Sisters; Betty Roberts and husband Ken Roberts of San Diego, CA. Vickie Keen of Doublin, GA. Linda and husband Willie Haverland of McDade, TX. Brothers; Thomas Scott of San Diego, CA., Tony Paidle and wife Melanie of Pflugerville, TX. Nephews; Kyle and Ben Roberts, John Paidle. Nieces; Audrey Paidle and Savannah Scott. Terri was an incredible wife and mother and worked all her life to take care of her family. She had a special love for her family and for the many friends she touched in Roswell, NM.
Terri moved to Roswell in 2000. She worked at Tobosa Development Services for 6 years. In 2007 she went on to open her own agency with Farmers Insurance. Working hard until the very end. Her work experience here gave her joy and happiness working with the community.

Memorial Services are being held at Christs Church, 2200 N. Sycamore Ave on March 9th, at 1:30pm. Light refreshments follow the service.
