Marilyn was born to Harry and Jewell Moses in the family farmhouse in Lexington, Oklahoma on September 28, 1930. She passed away peacefully in her Roswell, New Mexico home on March 12, 2018 at the age of 87.
She is survived by her son Michael J. Andrews and wife Jane of Roswell; daughter-in-law Lulu Crow of Houston, Texas; stepson Tom Fightmaster and wife Dianne and family of Norman, Oklahoma; stepson Jerry Fightmaster and wife Louise and family of Santa Rosa, California; granddaughter Carrie Jackson and husband Matthew and family of Denton, Texas; grandson Matthew Andrews and wife Rachel and family of Tulsa, Oklahoma; granddaughter Cori Henderson and husband Dooley and family of Morrilton, Arkansas; granddaughter Cyndi Thomas and husband Rodney and family of Tulsa, Oklahoma; granddaughter Kim Hammond and husband Rick and family of Salt Lake City, Utah; brother Curt Moses and wife Jane and family of Corrales, New Mexico; brother Loren Moses and wife Harriet of Granbury, Texas; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents Harry and Jewell Moses; husband Jerry Fightmaster; son Tim Andrews; and stepson Phillip Fightmaster.
She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother and a dear friend to many people in Oklahoma and New Mexico. In her Roswell home her chihuahua Little Boy was the light of her life and she derived great enjoyment from spoiling him each day.
Special thanks go to her caregivers Maria Martinez; Angela Gamboa; Monica Gamboa and Brie Barber who not only cared for her but loved her.
No services will be held at this time. Family services will be held at a later date in Spencer, Oklahoma.
