The city of Roswell has released its annual report for 2017.

Juanita Jennings, public affairs director, said each city department created a list of various projects accomplished in the past year with direction from the Roswell City Council. She said city staff and City Manager Joe Neeb felt it would be beneficial to show taxpayers where their money goes.

Citizens can read a digital version of the 60-plus page report, which is set to be published at noon today on the city’s homepage. In the future, it will be listed under the city manager tab of the website. Jennings said a video with images showcasing topics like smart water meters or the new bus at Pecos Trails Transit will also be uploaded.

A hard copy of the report will be available at the Roswell Public Library in the catalog section for citizens to check out and read.

The city plans an informational retreat Friday and Saturday.
