Fish restaurant loses ‘netting’

Police were dispatched to a larceny at the Long John Silver’s at 1802 S. Main St. A chain-link fence valued at $500 was reported stolen.

Monday arrests

Erin Leon Buckner was charged with failure to pay fines and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer at the 600 block of North Delaware Avenue at 12:06 a.m.

Anabelle Leaha James was charged with shoplifting at the 1800 block of Kansas Avenue at 12:22 a.m.

Kalon D. Hood was charged with failure to appear at the corner of South Kansas Avenue and West Tilden Street at 12:42 a.m.

Jerry Canales was charged with failure to appear, failure to comply and failure to pay fines at the 200 block of West McGaffey Street at 12:54 a.m.

Chad Kenny Simmons was charged with failure to appear at the 100 block of Twin Diamond Road at 3:26 a.m.

Magdaleno Nunez was charged with failure to comply at the 300 block of West Forest Street at 4:04 a.m.

Chad Kenny Simmons was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at the 100 block of Twin Diamond Road at 6:19 a.m.

Elizabeth Marie Hernandez was charged with failure to pay fines and failure to comply at the 3700 block of South Atkinson Avenue at 10:02 a.m.

Armando Bryan Garcia was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at the corner of West Wildy Street and South Lea Avenue at 11:31 a.m.

Marc Anthony Chavez was charged with failure to appear, failure to comply and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer at the 800 block of West Summit Street at 12:18 p.m.

Jossue Yoh Dominguez-Ramirez was charged with failure to appear at the 500 block of North Richardson Avenue at 3 p.m.

Kelsi G. Juarez was charged with aggravated assault at the 1600 block of South Lea Avenue at 3:45 p.m.

Emily Joelle Gerry was charged with failure to pay fines at the 1700 block of Pontiac Drive at 6:16 p.m.

Andres Moises Quinones was charged with shoplifting at the 1100 block of South Main Street at 6:25 p.m.

Juwan Tre Larenz was charged with failure to appear at the 300 block of West Summit Street at 11:03 p.m.

Brock J. Starns was charged with failure to appear at the 100 block of East 6th Street at 11:10 p.m.

Monday incidents

Police were dispatched to a report of a shooting at a dwelling or occupied building from a motor vehicle at the 200 block of East Lewis Street at 12:48 a.m.

Police were dispatched to a report of threats at the 2700 block of North Kentucky Avenue at 11:46 a.m.

Police were dispatched to a larceny shoplifting at the Walgreens at 1835 N. Main Street at 12:01 p.m. Approximately $200 in miscellaneous merchandise was reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to a criminal damage call at the 500 block of West Hobbs Street at 2:08 p.m. Damages to a vehicle that had been scratched were estimated at $200.

Police were dispatched to an aggravated assault with a firearm against a household member at the 1100 block of South Main Street at 5:13 p.m.

Police were dispatched to a report of found narcotics at the 1700 block of Pontiac Drive at 6:16 p.m.

Javier A. Salazar was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at the 500 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue at 12:06 a.m.

Angelina Gonzales Artiaga was charged with possession of marijuana at the 1600 block of south Pennslyvania Avenue at 1:26 a.m.

Joshua Winget was charged with possession of marijuana at the 3500 block of North Main Street at 1:38 a.m.

Amy L. Martinez was charged with failure to pay fines at the 1000 block of South Main Street at 2:28 a.m.

Angelina Gonzales Artiaga was charged with failure to pay fines at the 1600 block of south Pennslyvania Avenue at 3:27 a.m.

Will R. McGuire-Smith was charged with criminal damage to property and burglary at the 400 block of East Country Club Road at 9:47 a.m.

Jack Douglas Wright was charged with failure to appear, failure to comply, failure to pay fines and shoplifting at the 4100 block of North Main Street at 12:30 p.m.

Police were dispatched to a report of an unlawful taking of motor vehicle: trailer at the One Stop Thrift Shop at 112 East Hobbs at 1:55 p.m. A brown trailer valued at $4,500 was reported stolen.

Police were dispatched Eastern New Mexico Medical Center on a criminal damage call at 9:16 a.m. Damages to a wall were estimated at $500.

Police were dispatched to a report of stalking at the 100 block of West Second Street at 12:25 p.m.

Police were dispatched to a larceny shoplifting at the Family Dollar at 909 E. Second St. at 8:25 p.m. Approximately $75 in miscellaneous merchandise was reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to an aggravated battery with a firearm at the 800 block of West 13th Street at 10:08 p.m.

Police were dispatched to a report of battery at the 100 block of Pear Street at 10:33 p.m.

Police were dispatched to a report of shots being fired at the 100 block of West Byrne Street at 11:10 p.m.
