Firefighter’s busy Sunday

A Roswell Fire Department (RFD) firefighter blasts a stream of water into a trailer behind a home in the 300 block of East Sixth Street Sunday afternoon. According to the Roswell Fire Department’s public information officer, Todd Wildermuth, firefighters were dispatched to the incident at about 4:40 p.m. Sunday. Wildermuth said the trailer was fully engulfed, but firefighters had it under control in less than 10 minutes. The RFD handled also handled a structure fire in the 2400 block of North Garden Sunday morning around 11:30 a.m. Wildermuth said the fire took place in an unoccupied trailer house. Though it was quickly controlled by firefighters, the home suffered extensive damage. Wildermuth said there were no reported injuries in either incident and that the cause of both fires is under investigation. (Trevier Gonzalez Photo)
