Police were dispatched to a larceny shoplifting at the Albertsons at 1110 S. Main St. on Sunday at 8:41 p.m. Hamburger patties, hamburger buns, and flowers were reported stolen.

Sunday arrests

Joseph Adam Sandoval was charged with battery against a household member in the 500 block of West Brasher Road at 12:05 a.m.

Joseph J. Espinoza was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs in the 100 block of North Main Street at 2:21 a.m.

Crystal Lynn Avila was charged with unlawful use of a license in the 200 block of McGaffey Street at 9 a.m.

Shiela Nicole Padilla was charged with failure to appear and failure to pay fines in the 100 block of Ohio Avenue at 10 a.m.

Austin Burrell was charged with battery of a household member, criminal penetration in the third degree and interference with communications in the zero hundred block of A Street at 6:51 p.m.

Adrian Ray Franco was charged with battery against a household member in the 1100 block of East Beech Street at 8:51 p.m.

Paul Anthony Contreras was charged with battery against a household member in the 400 block of North Garden Avenue at 10 p.m.

Sunday incidents

Police were dispatched to a battery in the 1400 block of East Tilden Street at 8:29 a.m.

Police were dispatched to a report of threats in the 1800 block of Juniper Street at 1:40 p.m.

Police were dispatched to a non-aggravated battery on a household member in the 1100 block of East Beech Street at 6:53 p.m.

Police were dispatched to a robbery with a firearm in the 900 block of Gayle Drive at 7:59 p.m. Keys, a Samsung Chromebook, and a backpack were reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to an aggravated assault with a firearm in the 400 block of Monroe Avenue at 8:05 p.m.

Monday arrests

Felix E. Rodriguez was charged with battery upon a peace officer in the 1300 block of McCall Loop at 2:20 a.m. after he allegedly pinched an officer’s face as his vehicle was being seized as evidence for an investigation related to a crime that had occurred at the Crane Motel.

Emilio Delossantos was charged with failure to pay fines in the 2300 block of Cole Avenue at 8:14 a.m.

Elizabeth Ann Ward was charged with the fraudulent signing of credit card sales slips/agreements in the 900 block of North Atkinson Avenue at 10:42 p.m.

Monday incidents

Police were dispatched to a criminal damage in the 1200 block of West Second Street at 12:22 a.m. A Nissan 4D was reported damaged.

Police were dispatched to a battery in the 700 block of East Third Street at 1:20 a.m.

Police were dispatched to a criminal damage in the 1300 block of West College Boulevard at 8 a.m. Damages to the window of a 2010 Lexis were estimated at $250.

Police were dispatched to a reported identity theft at the 300 block of East Bonney Street at 8:38 a.m.

Police were dispatched to a custodial interference in the 700 block of North Greenwood Avenue at 9:32 a.m.

Police were dispatched to a battery in the 1700 block of North Kansas Avenue at 10:10 a.m.

Police were dispatched to a non-aggravated battery in the 700 block of West 11th Street at 3:10 p.m.

Police were dispatched to a verbal domestic dispute in the 1200 block of East Country Club Road at 5:07 p.m.

Police were dispatched to a non-aggravated battery in the 800 block of North Beech Avenue at 5:27 p.m.

Police were dispatched to a larceny at the Albertsons at 1110 S. Main St. at 9:17 p.m. A bottle of Bombay Sapphire valued at $49.99 was reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to a verbal domestic dispute in the 900 block of North Atkinson Avenue at 10:26 p.m.

Tuesday arrests

Devette Renee Archuleta was charged with shoplifting in the 4500 block of North Main Street at 6:51 a.m.

Monica R. Kleinschmidt was charged with failure to appear in the 500 block of East 23rd Street at 7:47 a.m.

Kim Parson was charged with criminal trespass in the 600 block of East Albuquerque Street at 8:02 a.m.

Jaime Lea Aragon was charged with criminal trespass, failure to comply, failure to pay fines and failure to comply in the 600 block of East Albuquerque Street at 8:20 a.m.

Greg L. Avila was charged with failure to pay fines and failure to comply in the 300 block of West Deming Street at 9:30 a.m.

Carl Roy Burleson was charged with a miscellaneous arrest from another agency in the 1600 block of North Missouri Avenue at 2:30 p.m.

Jeramiah Elisiah Salyards was charged with a miscellaneous arrest from another agency in the zero hundred block of Grand Avenue Plaza Street at 2:46 p.m.

Adam Roy Dornan was charged with criminal trespass in the 600 block of East Albuquerque Street at 4:19 p.m.

Justino Martinez was charged with four counts of failure to comply in the 700 block of Hale Avenue at 8:25 p.m.

Tuesday incidents

Police were dispatched to a verbal domestic dispute in the 100 block of East Church Street at 12:23 a.m.

Police were dispatched to a larceny shoplifting at the Walmart at 4500 N. Main St. At 5:16 a.m. An excessive quantity of toiletries and an umbrella with a total value of $87.08 were reported recovered.

Police were dispatched to a driving under the influence report in the 900 block of North Atkinson Drive at 5:46 a.m.

Police were dispatched to a non-aggravated battery on a household member in the 700 block of West 11th Street at 7:35 a.m.

Police were dispatched to a burglary by forced-entry in the 300 block of South Sycamore Avenue at 8 a.m. Damages to a hallway window were estimated at $50. A portable swamp cooler, Xbox 360, 32-inch television, four Motegi 18-inch rims, a Phillips surround sound console and “Lil Homies” toys were reported stolen. Police estimated the total value stolen at $1,025.

Police were dispatched to a report of fraud in the 200 block of West Second Street at 8:02 a.m.

Police were dispatched to a report of fraud in the 100 block of Positano Loop at 8:48 a.m.

Police were dispatched to a report of harassment in the 100 block of East 23rd Street at 9:30 a.m.

Police were dispatched to a recovered stolen vehicle from other jurisdictions in the 100 block of Determan Drive at 9:31 a.m.

Police were dispatched to a report of forgery in the 2100 block of West Second Street at 12 p.m.

Police were dispatched to a burglary by forced-entry in the 300 block of East Summit Street at 12:09 p.m. Damages to a glass window were estimated at $400. A water heater valued at $400 was reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to a burglary by forced-entry in the 100 block of Riverside Drive at 1:30 p.m. Damages to a kitchen window were estimated at $50. A hoverboard, Xbox 360, HP printer, HP laptop, Lenovo laptop, 25-inch Vizio television and a Bluetooth speaker with a total estimated value of $2,100 were reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to a criminal damage in the 700 block of North Delaware Avenue at 4:34 p.m. Damages to an inside door handle of a vehicle were estimated at $200.

Police were dispatched to a report of assault in the 200 block of West 10th Street at 6:47 p.m.

Police were dispatched to a non-aggravated battery in the 100 block of G Street at 8:12 p.m.

Police were dispatched to a larceny shoplifting at the Family Dollar at 1010 S. Main St. at 10:04 p.m. A black girl’s backpack valued at $12.50 was reported stolen.
