City provides online form for citizen concerns

Have you recently come across a significant pothole on a city street? Did a property overgrown with weeds catch your eye? Do you know of a vehicle that appears to have been abandoned and remains sitting on public property?

The city of Roswell wants to know about issues such as these and offers its citizens an online system to report concerns.

One way the city facilitates this communication is through the FixIT Form on the city website. When someone fills out the form to report a problem or concern, the information is directed to the appropriate city department and personnel so the situation can be properly handled. When using the form, a citizen can select from a variety of issue topics and give a brief description and the location of the situation.

The FixIT Form is found on the city website (roswell-nm.gov) under the “How Do I…” tab in the menu bar across the top of the homepage.

The city website also gives people the option of signing up to receive email or text notifications regarding emergencies, inclement weather, upcoming meetings, bid opportunities and news announcements.
