Aggravated Battery / Battery

A Roswell police officer responded to a call Monday at about 6:25 a.m. in the 2100 block of West Second Street in regard to a fight involving a woman victim. A phone valued at about $40 was damaged during the incident, according to the report.

A man in the 400 block of Cypress Avenue called Roswell police on Monday at 2:17 p.m. and reported being in a fight with another man in the household.

On Monday at about 3:51 p.m., a Roswell police officer was called to the 1600 block of North Grand Avenue by a woman. A report was filed indicating that a man had been the victim of a battery.

A woman living in the 400 block of East Bland Street reported to Roswell police on Monday at 7:49 p.m. that she had been the victim of a battery.

A report of a fight in the 300 block of North Garden Avenue that involved household members and a woman victim was called into Roswell police on Tuesday at 11:44 a.m.

Arrests

Adolfo Aguirre, 19, has been charged with failure to comply. According to a police report, he was detained Monday at about 3:20 a.m. after a traffic stop at the intersection of East Hobbs Street and South Garden Avenue.

A Roswell police officer arrested Sirron Orron Johnson, 34, on Monday at about 9:17 p.m. in the 300 block of West Country Club Road. Police records indicate he was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and for possession of drug paraphernalia, concealing identity and resisting arrest.

Roswell police officers detained John Lee Kellar, 23, on Wednesday at about 4:51 a.m. in the 200 block of North Main Street. According to police records, he has been charged with failure to comply.

Burglaries

On Tuesday at 7:36 am., Roswell police were called to a residence in the 500 block of East La Paloma Lane regarding a burglary entailing a forced entry into the dwelling. The police report indicates that a door, a fan and a generator were stolen. The items were valued at about $1,180.

Criminal Damage

A Roswell police officer responded to a call Monday at 2:58 a.m. of damage to a window to a motel in the 2100 block of West Second Street. The damage is estimated at about $100.

A Roswell police officer received a call Tuesday at 5:40 p.m. from the 4500 block of North Main Street in regard to a report of a damaged windshield to a vehicle. The damage was estimated at $500.

Larceny and Thefts

On Monday at 9:30 a.m., Roswell police responded to a call from a woman in the 100 block of East Hobbs Street who said that a white trailer valued at about $500 had been stolen.

At 12:40 p.m. Monday, a Roswell police officer investigated a call from a resident in the 400 block of West Wildly Street who reported that handguns, cellphones, a video game player and games, a television and computer and phone tablets had been stolen. The value of the items was estimated at about $2,725.
