FUMC says goodbye to Fuss

During Sunday’s service, First United Methodist Church in Roswell said goodbye to its director of music ministries, John Fuss. Fuss is leaving his position as the director of the Chancel Choir and other music programs after 25 years. Born in Oklahoma, Fuss attended Westminster Choir College, a private institution in Princeton, New Jersey. In June 2010, the Chancel Choir was invited to Carnegie Hall to sing a requiem composed by University of New Mexico’s Director of Choral Activities Bradley Ross Ellingboe. A reception was held for Fuss after the service. Giving Fuss a hug is Pastor Tina Cross and standing next to him is his wife, Karen. (Timothy P. Howsare Photo)
