Jamie Lea Aragon, 24, was arrested and released on June 3 at 11:28 a.m. in the 800 block of East Albuquerque Street for alleged criminal trespass.

Jenio M. Bendoza, 37, was charged with failure to appear. He was detained near the intersection of West Mathews Street and South Main Street.

Jesus Roberto Castillo-Mercado, 44, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence after a stop in the 1200 block of West Second Street on Wednesday at 10:34 p.m.

Isaac R. Chavez, 22, was charged for failure to pay fines and failure to comply after being detained near the intersection of West Second Street and North Missouri Avenue on Wednesday at 2:53 a.m.

Thomas Dwayne Eberhart, 33, was detained at the intersection of East College Boulevard and Grand Avenue on Thursday at 3:19 a.m and charged with burglary, larceny and a violation of the Remote Financial Services Unit Act.

Philip Van Hobbs, 28, was detained at the 3100 block of North Richardson Avenue on Thursday at 1:58 p.m. and charged with failure to appear, failure to comply and failure to pay fines.

Annette Marie Nunez, 40, was detained in the 300 block of East Seventh Street on Thursday at 4:23 p.m and charged with unlawful use of a license.

Matthew David Salas, 21, was detained in the 1900 block of South Sunset Avenue on Tuesday at 12:10 a.m. and charged with battery against a household member.

Assaults / Battery

Roswell police responded to a call in the 900 block of North Beech Avenue on Sunday at 1:11 a.m. in regard to an assault with a firearm and criminal trespass. The report indicates that police also found a syringe at the scene.

Police were called to the 900 block of Davidson Drive on Sunday at 1:13 p.m. regarding a domestic disturbance involving two victims. Police filed a battery report.

A woman in the 30 block of Langley Place reported a battery on Monday at 3:57 p.m.


Police reported that a washer and dryer were reported stolen from the 700 block of East Third Street on Sunday at about 11:43 a.m. The items were valued at about $300.

Criminal Damage

A man in the 400 block of East Fifth Street reported damage to a fence and garage wall on Monday at 8:16 a.m. The damage was estimated at about $105.

Criminal Trespass

A Roswell man in the 1500 block of North Greenwood Avenue called police on Sunday at 3:19 a.m. regarding a person on his property with a gun. Police filed a criminal trespass report.


A woman spoke on the phone with a police officer regarding a fraud on Sunday at 2:36 p.m. The officer filed a report of embezzlement.

Candlewood Suites Hotel on Military Heights Drive reported stolen items to police at 7:52 p.m. on Monday. Police filed an embezzlement report regarding kitchen items, a laptop and $13 in cash thought to be stolen.


The Conoco gas station and convenience store on South Main Street reported a fraud to police on Sunday at 1:12 p.m.

A woman in the 600 block of Cherry Street reported a fraud on Monday at 9:35 p.m.
