Arrests / Criminal Citations

Jenio Martinez Berdoza was charged with battery against a household member after an incident in the 300 block of East Bonney Street about 9:19 a.m. on Wednesday.

Milly Ari Garcia, 18, has been charged with eluding or attempting to elude a police officer, a violation regarding turning or stopping a vehicle and using required signals, and a violation regarding stopping or yielding at an intersection following an incident at West Fifth Street and North Lea Avenue on Wednesday at 1:39 a.m.

Naraly Esmirta Marin, 18; Kelly Guadalupe Gonzalez-Simon, 18; and Joselin Fernanda Hilario, 18, were arrested for possession and consumption by a minor. They had been detained in the 2300 block of North Main Street at 9:42 p.m. on Wednesday.

John Anthony Leon, 35, was detained at the 400 block of North Richardson Avenue on Wednesday at 4:28 p.m. and charged with failure to comply.

Lucey Madrid, 62, was charged for failure to appear after being detained in the 900 block of North Beech Avenue on Wednesday at 9:26 a.m.

Tyler Keagan Marion Ross, 18, was charged with contempt of court after being detained in the 1200 block of East College Boulevard at 12:49 a.m. on Thursday.

Gary L. Schut, 43, was charged with burglary and larceny after being detained Wednesday at 9:14 p.m. at the 1000 block of North Pennsylvania Avenue.

Rose Trujillo, 42, was charged with failure to comply after being detained in the 400 block of North Richardson Avenue on Wednesday at 11:09 a.m.

Amanda L. Vick, 31, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after being detained in the 400 block of North Richardson Avenue at 1:47 p.m. Wednesday.

Assaults / Battery

A woman in the 100 block of Ballard Street reported being the victim of a battery at 5:44 a.m. on Thursday.

A woman in the 1800 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue reported being the victim of a battery by a household member at 12:56 a.m. on Wednesday.

Police took a report on South Berkley Drive at 8:40 a.m. Thursday about an alleged sexual violation against a juvenile in March or April 2018.

A man in the 700 block of North Main Street reported that he had been a victim of a battery on Wednesday at about 8:15 a.m.

A man in the 100 block of Lighthall Place called police at 4:33 p.m. to report that he had been the victim of an assault by a household member.

A woman reported being the victim of a battery by a household member. The report was taken in the 100 block of West Byrne Street on Wednesday at 11:28 p.m.

Burglaries / Theft 

A vehicle was reported stolen on Wednesday at 8:18 a.m. in the 400 block of East 23rd Street.

A vehicle was reported stolen in the 100 block of A Street. The report was filed at 6:44 p.m. Wednesday, with the incident suspected to have occurred between 10:30 p.m. Tuesday and 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.

A burglary was reported by a man in the 1000 block of North Pennsylvania Avenue at 8:10 p.m. on Wednesday.
