Altrusa members were excited to participate in the back-to-school event held on Tuesday at Missouri Avenue Elementary School. Members of Altrusa helped out by facilitating the Altrusa Uniform Exchange program for the students. Parents donate uniform clothing that their children have outgrown and in return they receive items in the size they need for their student. No one is ever turned away. Parents who do not have clothes to exchange can still participate in the program. This is the third year that Altrusa has provided this assistance to parents and students of Missouri Avenue Elementary. (Submitted Photo)
