Criminal Damage

An officer was dispatched to the 3000 block of North Kentucky Avenue at 12:05 a.m. Aug. 16 in reference to a domestic disturbance. A Sanyo TV valued at $100 was reported damaged.

An officer was dispatched to the 500 block of South Wyoming Avenue at 3:45 p.m. Aug. 17 in reference to a criminal damage call. Damage was reported to have been done to a window valued at $200.

An officer responded Aug. 20 at 8:11 a.m. to a call at the 1000 block of South Main Street about a burglary forced entry call. A door valued at $150 was reported damaged.

An officer was dispatched to the 1000 block of Adams Avenue at 4 p.m. Aug. 18 in reference to a call about a 2005 Toyota Camry valued at $5,000 being reported as damaged.

An officer was dispatched to the 800 block of East Vista Parkway at 11:42 a.m. Aug.19 in reference to a call about criminal damage. Damage was reportedly done to a vehicle roof.

An officer was dispatched at 1:06 p.m. Aug. 19 to a business at the 3000 block of North Main Street in reference to a call about criminal damage to a front window and wall of a business.

 

Larceny/theft/burglary

An officer responded Aug. 16 at 4 p.m. to a call from the 400 block of South Union Avenue about the unlawful taking of a green 1992 4-door jeep valued at $1,200.

An officer was dispatched to the 200 block of North Kansas Avenue at 4:58 p.m. Aug. 20 in reference to a call about a forced burglary. A 40-inch Emerson TV, a 28-inch Element TV, an Xbox 360 and a surveillance camera with a combined value of $490 were reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 3000 block of South Main Street at 12:24 a.m. Aug. 18 in reference to a vehicle burglary. A fire wire, cable and charger, a blue tooth earpiece, knives, a knee brace, vitamins, headphones, a tablet, sunglasses, a key fob, a house key and a mail key, garage door opener, backpack and two handguns valued at $4,550 were reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to a 4000 block of North Main Street business at 12:55 p.m. Aug. 18 in reference to a call about shoplifting. A Samsung Galaxy 8 valued at $672 was reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 128 block of West Second Street at 12:01 a.m. on Aug. 19 in reference to a call about a stolen 2001 red Pontiac.

An officer responded Aug. 21 at 1:02 p.m. to the zero block of West Martin Street in reference to someone with a gun.

An officer was dispatched to the 2000 block of North Main Street Aug. 21 at 5:57 p.m. in reference to a larceny call. A Nintendo, Pokemon Ultra Moon, Boss Stereo Face and a phone charger with a combined value of $339 were reported stolen.

An officer responded Aug. 21 at 7:37 p.m. to a call from the 1100 block of East Deming Street in reference to a report of criminal damage. A side front and a rear vehicle door were reportedly scratched.

An officer was dispatched to a 4000 block of North Main Street business at 7:49 p.m. Aug. 21 in reference to a larceny call. Clothes, DVDs, household goods and consumable goods with a combined value of $178.53 were reported stolen.

 

Unlawful use of license

Carlos Valente Franco was arrested at 1100 block of West Deming Street and South Ohio Avenue at 3:10 p.m. Aug. 16 for unlawful use of a license.

An officer was dispatched to the 1600 block of Madison Avenue at 8:47 p.m. Aug. 23 to a larceny call. An HP Laptop valued at $300 was reported stolen.

Police responded at 12:48 p.m Aug 20 to a walk-in at the Roswell Police Department in reference to a larceny call about tennis shoes valued at $161 reported stolen.

An officer responded at 4:20 p.m Aug. 20 to a call in reference to a burglary at the 1000 block of Missouri Avenue. A 55-inch Vizio TV valued at $500 was reported stolen and a small window was damaged.

Arrest and arrest citations

April M. Paschall was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:49 a.m. Aug. 17 at the 1000 block of West College Boulevard after an officer responded to a remove subject call.

Gabriel Ray Lara was arrested at 3:48 a.m. Aug. 17 during a traffic stop at the 900 block of South Jaffa Street and Union Avenue for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Richard Rios was arrested at 9:08 a.m. Aug. 19 for possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop at the 200 block of West Tilden Street and South Pennsylvania Avenue.

Brandon Dosher was arrested at 9:51 a.m. Aug. 20 during a stop at the 1000 block of College Boulevard and Delaware Avenue for failure to comply.

April Snow was placed under arrest at 3 p.m. Aug. 20 at the 600 block of West 13th Street and Washington Avenue for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Juan C. Lucero was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia during an 11:10 p.m. traffic stop Aug. 20 at the 900 block of south Garden Avenue and East Summit Avenue.

Laura Rose Willis was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia during a stop at the 1600 block of Monroe Avenue at 10:37 p.m., Aug. 21.

Pedro Serellano was arrested Aug. 22 at 12:06 a.m. at the 1800 block of South Union Avenue and Plains Park Drive for possession of marijuana.

An officer responded at 8:39 a.m. Aug.22 to a call from the 700 block of East Country Club Road about a student found in possession of narcotics.
