$10,000 power generator stolen

The following public records are from the Roswell Police Department and can be viewed at rpdp2c.org. All people arrested or cited are presumed innocent.

An officer was dispatched to the zero block of Wool Bowl Circle at 6:24 p.m. Aug. 29 in reference to a non-forced burglary. A power generator valued at $10,000 was reported stolen.

Criminal damage

An officer was dispatched to the zero block of Langley Place at 2:05 a.m. Aug. 24 in reference to a call of shots fired. A tire rim and side panels were shot on a Nissan Sentra with a combined value of $3,000 in damages.

An officer was dispatched to the zero block of Morningside Drive at 6:51 p.m. Aug. 26 in reference to a call about criminal damage. The driver-side front and rear doors valued at $1,000 were reported as having sustained damage.

A police service aide was dispatched to the 2000 block of West Alameda Street at 9:46 a.m. Aug. 26 in reference to a criminal damage complaint. Decorative brick and windows with a combined value of $335 were reported damaged.

An officer was dispatched at 2:31 p.m. Aug. 26 to the 3000 block of Vassar Drive in reference to a breaking and entering. Five structure walls, a glass door, a mirror, heater, microwave and refrigerator with a combined value of $6,300 were reported damaged.

An officer responded at 7:42 p.m. Aug. 26 to a call from the 1500 block of North Greenwood Avenue to a criminal damage call. A window valued at $100 was reported as damaged.

An officer was dispatched to the 300 block of North Garden Avenue at 1:59 a.m. Aug. 27 in reference to a burglary forced entry. A Maglight was reported stolen and a plexiglass window was damaged.

An officer responded to a call at the 300 block of South Kentucky Avenue at 4:59 p.m. on Aug 29 in reference to a criminal damage complaint. A wooden gate sliding glass door and bedroom double window sustained damage of $950.

An officer was dispatched to the 800 block of West 12th Street at 8:01 a.m. Aug. 30 in reference to a criminal damage call. Paint was scratched off a vehicle, with damages valued at $5,000.

An officer was dispatched to the 1000 block of South Main Street at 4:10 p.m. Aug. 30 in reference to a call about criminal damage. Fuel lines were reported to have been cut on three vehicles.

Larceny/theft

An officer was dispatched to the 1400 block of South Kentucky Avenue Aug. 24 at 12:31 a.m. in reference to a possible vehicle burglary. A Velto Pro Pactech-XL valued at $3,000 was reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the zero block of Bent Tree Road at 8:56 p.m. Aug. 24 in reference to a call about a burglary forced entry. A sliding glass door was damaged. An XBox One, 10 Lego Xbox One games, a Star Wars Xbox One game, a Minecraft Xbox One game and two Xbox One controllers with a combined value of $382 were reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched at 4:04 a.m. Aug. 25 to the 1700 block of East College Boulevard in reference to a burglary. A Louis Vuittan purse makeup kit and jewelry with a combined value of $4,550 were reported stolen

An officer was dispatched to the zero block of South Wildy Drive at 10:55 a.m. Aug. 25 in reference to the unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. A 2006 Mercury Mountaineer was reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 500 block of Pion Avenue at 11:48 a.m. Aug. 25 in reference to a call about larceny. A wallet and money with a combined value of $3,401 was reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 1700 block of West Second Street at 12:35 p.m. Aug. 27 in reference to a burglary. Four copper fittings and lines, four condensers, electrical wiring, four gas receivers, four exterior panels and four sensors with a combined value of $1,012.50 were reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched at noon Aug. 28 to the 1000 block of West 13th Street in reference to a larceny. A Galaxyy Mega phone and Schwinn Delta bike with a combined value of $500 were reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 400 block of West Hendricks Street at 3:40 p.m. Aug. 28 in reference to a larceny. A grass weed cutter valued at $350 was reported stolen.

Officers were dispatched to 1300 Sorrento Drive at 7:58 a.m. Aug. 29 in reference to a vehicle burglary. A tool box with tools valued at $2,000 was reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 500 block of College Boulevard at 9:10 a.m. Aug. 29 in reference to a vehicle burglary. Playground tools and a chainsaw with a combined value of $700 were reported stolen from a 2002 white Chevy pickup truck.

Arrests/arrest citations

Olivia Wright was charged at 10:34 a.m. Aug. 25 at the 200 block of East Country Club Road and Cole Avenue for concealing an identity and failure to comply and forgery.

Joel Guilez was charged with possession of marijuana at the 800 block of East Albuquerque Street at 2:53 p.m. Aug. 24.

Nadine Munoz was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at the 2000 block of North Prairie Avenue at 1:22 p.m. Aug. 24.

Rebecca Napolis was charged at 12:50 a.m. Aug. 24 at the intersection of East College Boulevard and North Garden Avenue for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ralph Damaree was charged with possession of marijuana at 5:13 a.m. Aug. 24 at the 400 block of West Second Street and North Lea Avenue.

George Evilsizer was charged at 4:06 a.m. Aug. 26 at the 1200 block of Rancho Road on an outstanding warrant for failure to pay fines.

Anthony Sandoval was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at the 2000 block of North Prairie Avenue at 4:24 p.m. Aug. 24.

Thomas Dellavecchio was charged at 4:36 a.m. Aug. 26 at the intersection of West Sixth Street and North Main Street for possession of drug paraphernalia and in reference to a bench warrant.

John Morytko was charged at 9:30 a.m. Aug. 27 at the 600 block of East Sixth Street in reference to a District Court Warrant out of Lincoln County.

Tina Benitez was charged at 4:21 p.m. Aug. 28 at a 4000 block North Main Street business in reference to a shoplifting. A diaper bag, power milk Sox, Sim Pro formula, a baby carrier, baby wipes and a men’s belt with a combined value of $227.75 were reported stolen.

Jerry Marquez was charged at 4:40 p.m. Aug. 28 at the 100 block of South Washington Avenue and Walnut Street for possession of marijuana.

John Aguilar was charged at 8 a.m. Aug. 29 at the 100 block of North Pennsylvania Avenue for aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor.

Lisa Jodee Friedt was charged at 9:53 p.m. Aug 29 at the 700 block of South Atkinson Avenue with public nuisance.

Raymond Samuel Romero was charged at 12:45 a.m. Aug. 31 at the 1000 block of West Second Street for public affray.

An officer obtained information at 12:45 p.m. Aug. 23 that Alberto Marin who had three outstanding warrants for his arrest was at the 500 block of South Kansas Avenue. Marin was later charged with eluding or attempting to elude an officer, failure to pay child support, failure to comply and failure to pay fines.
