Arrest/arrest citations

Simon Fresquez was arrested 11:30 a.m. Sept. 20 at the 400 block of North Richardson Avenue for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Silvio Milo was arrested at the 100 block of East Deming Street and Virginia Avenue at 10:39 p.m. Sept. 20 for possession of marijuana.

Jack Douglas Wright was arrested at the 4000 block of North Main Street Sept. 21 at 2:48 p.m. for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Luis Salcido was arrested at the 3000 block of Black Circle Diamond Drive Sept. 21 at 5:20 p.m. for possession of marijuana.

Adriana Tarango was arrested at the 1200 block of East Country Club Road at 3:44 a.m. Sept 22 for embezzlement of a motor vehicle.

Tranquelino Garcia was arrested during a 10:14 p.m. traffic stop Sept. 22 at the 900 block of North Union Avenue and West Tenth Street for failure to comply and possession of drug paraphernalia.

David Anaya was arrested for driving under the influence at 12:39 a.m. Sept. 23 at the 1900 block of East Second Street .

Vanessa Soto was arrested at the 1100 block of South Main Street 2:02 p.m. Sept. 23 for possession of marijuana.

Marcus Serna was arrested at the 100 block of East Third Street and North Virginia Avenue at 11:15 p.m. Sept. 23 for possession of marijuana.

Burglary/larceny/theft

An officer was dispatched at 4:37 p.m. Sept. 20 to the 100 block of West Second Street in reference to a shoplifting from a 200 North Main Street business. Three belt buckles, seven rings, a Mother of Pearl ring, one pair of Amethyst earrings, a pair of stone earrings and two pocket knives with an outstanding stolen value of $925 were reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 1600 block of West Hendricks Drive at 11:33 p.m. Sept. 20 in reference to a stolen 1995 gray Honda Accord.

An officer responded to a call about na embezzlement of a motor vehicle at the 100 block of Ballard Street at 5:11 a.m. Sept 21. A silver 2009 Ford Fusion along with a pair of car keys and a woman’s bag with miscellaneous contents with a total outstanding value of $5,145 were reported stolen.

An officer responded at 6:58 a.m. Sept. 21 in reference to a stolen vehicle at the 1100 block of West Fourth Street. A 2007 Honda Ruckus scooter with an outstanding stolen value of $2000 was reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 100 block of West Second Street for a walk in at 8:33 a.m. Sept. 21 about a larceny of a motor vehicle.

An officer was dispatched to the 2000 block of New Mexico Drive at 1:26 p.m. Sept 21 in reference to a larceny of a bicycle. The bicycle has a total outstanding value of $200.

An officer was dispatched to a public service call at the 1000 block of North Main Street at 1:47 p.m. Sept. 21 in reference to a vehicle burglary. Computer hardware and software with an outstanding stolen value of $429.29 was reported stolen from a blue 2007 Honda Civic.

An officer was dispatched to a 1700 block South Main Street business at 11:09 p.m. Sept. 21 in reference to a shoplifting. Unspecified merchandise with an outstanding stolen value of $512.65 was reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched at 9 a.m. Sept 22 to the 1200 block of McGaffey Street in reference to a larceny call. A chainsaw with an outstanding stolen value of $129 was reported stolen.

An officer responded Sept 22. at 3 p.m. to a report of a burglary at the 100 block of East Hendricks Street. A pair of winter boots, food, a 42-inch Vizzo TV and a jewelry box with an outstanding stolen value of $1,000 was reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 600 block of Woody Drive in reference to An officer was dispatched to the 600 block of Woody Drive at 1:30 a.m. Sept. 23 in reference to a stolen vehicle. A 2004 black Mitsubishi was reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 600 block of East Van Buren Street at 5 a.m. Sept. 23 in reference to the unlawful taking of a vehicle. A 2013 brown Ford valued at $10,000 was reported stolen.

An officer responded to a call at 8:57 a.m. Sept. 23 from a 4000 block North Main Street business about a stolen power washer with an outstanding stolen value of $700.
