A man who faces a host of charges after breaking in to a former girlfriend’s apartment is the latest addition to the Roswell Police Department’s Most Wanted list.

Bobbhay David Montez, 31, also known as Bobbhay Gabriel Montez or David Montoya, is wanted for allegedly breaking into his ex-girlfriend’s apartment Sept. 15, according to a press release from the RPD Wednesday.

The incident is believed to be the latest in a series of break-ins that he carried out at the apartment.

The release states that during the incident Montez allegedly took the woman’s phone away from her so she could not call the police and prevented her from leaving.

He is also accused of previously threatening the woman to get her to stop pursuing a court case related to one of the prior criminal incidents.
