City hosts Fall Festival Trunk or Treat event

Juanita Jennings, the city’s director of public affairs, was counting and at 5:30 p.m. 1,971 people were in attendance, which increased on an estimate of over 3,000 attendees at 6 p.m. As stated in a news release, the city and local business partners collaborated on a trunk or treat with first-responders and others giving out candy, carnival games, bouncy houses, music and more.
