Roswell Police are asking the public for any information they might have about a residence that was the target of gunfire Thursday night at the 600 block of West Matthews Street.

The gunfire was heard at 5:59 p.m. Thursday night, according to an incident report filed by the Roswell Police Department.

People were in the residence at the time of the shooting, but no one was shot, said Todd Wildermuth, public information officer with the RPD in an email Friday.

The house walls sustained damage from several bullet holes and a vehicle’s wheel well was damaged, according to the report.

Police do not have any solid leads or suspects at this time, Wildermuth said.
