The speaker at the regular meeting of the Sunrise Optimist Club recently was Kaarina Jager, who is an employee of the Roswell Independent School District and a tour guide in Finland during the summer months. She spoke about the educational system in Finland, comparing it to that of the United States. Taru Heinaro, a Finnish exchange student came with her and gave her enlightening and interesting impressions, comparisons, likes and dislikes of the two school systems.
