Services: There will be a Viewing at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home on Saturday, January 5, 2019, from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM and on Sunday, from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a Rosary to follow at 5:00 PM. A Mass will be held at St. Peter’s Catholic Church on Monday, January 7, 2019, at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at South Park Cemetery.
On November 21, 1957, Victor was born to Delfino Soto and Consuelo Perales in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. He married Evelyn Soto on February 21, 2004, in Roswell, NM. A hardworking and fun-loving person, Victor loved helping people and working on cars and motorcycles. He loved God and his family. Although he was chronically ill for years, that never stopped Victor from enjoying life to the fullest. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Survivors: Those left to cherish memories of Victor are his wife, Evelyn J. Soto; children: Elwar Garcia, Jared Garcia, Angelica Anaya; stepchildren: Theresa Alonzo, Tony Alonzo (Jacob), Missy Olivas (Monica); nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; siblings: Leonila Jauregui (Juan) of Guadalajara, MX, Agustine Soto (Patricia) of Moreno Valle, CA, Carlos Soto (Julia) of Washington, Elena Soto (Cesar) of Washington, Margarita Soto (Carlos) of Washington, Aurea Soto of Mexico, Elia Morales of Mexico, Miguel Morales of Mexico, Manuel Morales of Mexico; special friends: “My babies” Evelyn Ragsdale and Ryly Ragsdale, and Javier Martinez; and precious pet, Chiquita.
Preceded: Preceding Victor in death were his parents, Delfino and Consuelo Soto.
There will be a reception following burial at the Community Room, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church.
