A service is scheduled at 2:00 pm, Friday, January 11, 2019 at North Frankfort Baptist Church in Frankfort, KY for Terry Hutcherson who passed away Sunday, January 6, 2019 in Lexington, KY. Visitation prior to services from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm. Burial to follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.

Terry was born on February 3, 1958 in Frankfort, KY to Betty and Jack Hutcherson. His parents have preceded him in death.

Terry married Emma Jean Gustamantes in Roswell, NM on June 9th, 1979. Though they divorced in 2014, they remained close and she survives him in Roswell, NM.

Terry is survived by his son Sylvester “Gus” Martin Hutcherson (Marisol Cruz) of Gilbert, AZ; daughter Tracy Leanne Hutcherson (Merle Alexander), of Roswell, NM; brother Kevin Hutcherson (Angie) of Frankfort, KY; sisters Mona Redding (Kerry) of Frankfort, KY; Julie Rogers (Jeff) of Frankfort, KY. Grandchildren: David Hutcherson, Caleb Tyler, Jacoby Alexander, Brody Barela and Liam Alexander, all of Roswell, NM, and numerous nieces and nephews and many friends both in Roswell and Frankfort.

Terry moved back to Frankfort, KY in November of 2015. He was a member of the North Frankfort Baptist Church.

Terry enjoyed hunting, fishing, Praising God, helping others whenever he could and playing with his beloved dogs Hondo and Harley.

The family would like to give special thanks to the members of North Frankfort Baptist Church and Eddie Smither who helped Terry visit his grandchildren in October 2018.

Pallbearers are David Hutcherson, Caleb Tyler, Zachary Redding, Stephen Casey, Cheslin Lewis and Eddie Smither.

Honorary Pallbearers are Brody Barela, Jacoby Alexander, Liam Alexander, Cameron Smither and Jerry Wise.

This tribute was written in honor of Terry by his children.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Harrod Brothers Funeral Home in Frankfort, KY.
