In an effort to help ease the financial burden of federal employees impacted by the government shutdown, Cable ONE is offering account support to customers in the markets it serves.

In addition to waiving late fees, Cable ONE is offering payment deferrals to customers who call to make arrangements. Customers can call 877-692-2253 for more information and to set up arrangements.

“We live and work in communities we serve and these are our friends and neighbors impacted by the shutdown, so we want to do our part to help,” said Trish Niemann, Cable ONE director of corporate communications. “We understand that our customers rely on their internet, phone and cable service to stay connected to what matters most, and we’re going to ensure that they receive the assistance they need during this time.”
