Crews prepare to move the wagon-shaped salad bar from a closed K-Bob’s restaurant Wednesday afternoon. They also removed signage for the building at 2000 N. Main St., a location that adjoins the former Sally Port Inn, which closed in November 2016. The restaurant ceased operating about a year ago, according to franchise co-owner Sid Strebeck, who owns a K-Bob’s in Clovis. His partner, Ed Tinsley, owns a Ruidoso location. Strebeck said there are no plans to open another restaurant in Roswell at this time. (Lisa Dunlap Photo)
