From ceramics and stained glass to line dancing and hula dancing to yoga and aerobics, spring classes are preparing to begin at the Roswell Adult and Recreation Center.
In addition to these offerings, people can also learn and enjoy Tae kwon do, Spanish, adult coloring, tap dancing and creative recycling. Classes also include a pickleball clinic and ballroom dancing.
Registration for the spring-session classes continues through April 5. Classes will start the week of April 8.
A complete list of the class offerings, including the days and times of each, how long they will run for and the cost, can be picked up at the Adult and Recreation Center at 807 N. Missouri Ave.
Adult classes are open to ages 18 and older and children’s classes are designed for ages 12 and up.
A Hobby Show will be held March 30, from noon to 2 p.m. that will feature demonstrations of activities that are among the spring class offerings. Instructors are being sought for future programs. Fitness and dance instructors, artists, bilingual individuals, computer instructors, musicians, gardeners and others are invited to submit an application to teach classes at the center.
