Military Heights students collect food for pets

The Mustangs of Military Heights Elementary were focused throughout the month of March, organizing and collecting to make Roswell a better community. The Military Heights Student Council held another community service project. This time students collected pet food to benefit the Four Paws Pet Pantry. The Four Paws Pet Pantry is running low on food resources to help pets in need. The students collected 350 pounds of food to help the non-profit. While the pet food helps, the pantry is still in need of resources so they can help individuals and families experiencing financial stress or homelessness who have pets requiring food for a limited time. The student council at Military Heights reminds residents who are passionate about pets they too can make a pet food donation to the Four Paws Pet Pantry, 505 N. Pennsylvania Avenue, at the 5th Street entrance. (Submitted Photo)
