Kelly Ray Sanders, founder and co-owner of Sanders Repair Services, LLC, in Portales, NM, went to be with the LORD on Sunday, April 21, 2019, in Albuquerque, NM. Please take a moment and share a kind thought or memory with Kelly’s family at www.andersonbethany.com.

On May 1, 1976, Kelly was born to James and Betty Sanders in Roswell, NM. He married Lisa and shared twenty-two wonderful years with her and their boys. Kelly enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf, his German Shepherd “Koko Ray,” and traveling in his motor home, but his favorite pastime was drag racing.

Kelly was living his dream of owning his own business with his brother, Troy Sanders. He also enjoyed traveling and talking with his buddy, Shane Lee. Kelly is loved and will be missed by all who had the pleasure of meeting him.

SURVIVORS: Those left to cherish memories of Kelly are his parents, James and Betty Sanders of Roswell, NM; wife, Lisa Sanders, who resides in the family home in Portales, NM; three sons: Travis Callaway of Hagerman, NM, Kevin James of Portales, NM, and Ryan Sanders of Portales, NM; four brothers: Rick Sanders and wife Melissa, Bert Sanders, Dirk Sanders and wife Sutra, all of Roswell, NM, and Troy Sanders of Portales, NM; best friend and brother-in-law, Mike Callaway and wife Shawna of Hagerman, NM; in-laws: Joe and Frances Callaway of Artesia, NM, and Richard and Betty Bartlett of Roswell, NM; numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members of the Sanders, Callaway, Brewington, and Bartlett families; as well as many friends and business associates.

PRECEDED: Preceding Kelly in death were his grandparents, Lettie and James Sanders, Sr., and Stella and Ellis Sanders.

SERVICES: Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, April 26, 2019, at Anderson-Bethany Funeral Home.

PALLBEARERS: Those honored to serve as Pallbearers are Mike Callaway, Shane Lee, Gary Ford, Jim Callaway, Jerry W. Callaway, and Ralph Gilman.

Kelly’s tribute was lovingly written in his honor by his family.
