Leadership New Mexico this week announced three people from the Roswell area are among the 42 statewide leaders representing 17 communities who recently graduated from the Leadership New Mexico Core Program.
The three local graduates are Jon Graff, commandant of cadets and dean of students, New Mexico Military Institute; Scott Mohrhauser, vice president of mortgage lending for Pioneer Bank; and Kimberly Warren, partner at Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC.
Graduates of the 2018-2019 Leadership New Mexico Core Program attended educational sessions held in various communities in New Mexico.
The six two-day program sessions identify the issues and opportunities facing New Mexico, such as health and human services, economic development, education, environment and natural resources, government, crime and justice — and leadership.
Each program session featured speakers and panelists who are knowledgeable leaders in their specific fields. Participants had the opportunity to engage in a discussion with speakers and explore the issues in-depth.
Leadership New Mexico is a non-profit, educational organization founded in 1995 to identify current and emerging leaders throughout New Mexico, enhance their leadership skills and deepen their knowledge of the challenges and opportunities facing the state.
