On Sunday, June 30, 2019, GLORIA JEAN REYES of Roswell, NM, passed away at the age of 71. Please take a moment and share a kind thought or memory with Gloria’s family at www.andersonbethany.com.

SERVICES: A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 5, 2019, 10:00 AM, at Grace Community Church, 935 W. Mescalero Road, Roswell, NM. Interment will follow at General Douglas L. McBride Veterans Cemetery. There will be a Reception at Grace Community for family and friends following the burial.

Gloria was born on March 13, 1948, in Roswell, NM, to Erminia Maes Flores and Max Flores. A life-long resident of Roswell, Gloria attended Roswell High School and later transferred and graduated from Goddard High School. She had numerous occupations which included working under Senator Dominici, administrator at the Assurance Home, Administrator for the Chamber of Commerce, and Community Home Care. Many of Gloria’s hobbies she loved were talking on her phone, going to garage sales, singing to “This Girl Is On Fire” with her grandchildren, dancing with her grandchildren, and going shopping.

SURVIVORS: Those left to eternally cherish and treasure Gloria’s loving memory are her sons: Fred Ray Reyes, Monte (Geriann) Reyes all of Roswell, NM; daughter, Cobi (Richard) Maya of Pueblo, CO; also cared for Timmy Tice and Mariah Tice Adams of Roswell, NM; grandchildren: Jordan Creel, Briana Reyes, Riana Maya, Roman Maya, Jayden Reyes, Cameron Reyes, Monte Reyes; great-grandchildren: Jace Creel, Abigail Creel, Grayson Tice, and Nitara Adams.

PRECEDED: Preceding Gloria in death: her parents, grandparents, and siblings.

HONORARY PALLBEARERS: Chosen to serve as Honorary Pallbearers are all of Gloria’s grandchildren.

PALLBEARERS: Honored to serve as Pallbearers are Jordan Creel, Timmy Tice, Bob White, Fernando Montoya, Richard Montoya, and Ernie Montoya.

The family would like to extend a special “Thanks” to all the doctors and nurses from Lovelace Reginal Hospital and Eastern New Mexico Medical Center (ENMMC) for the care that was given to Gloria.

Gloria’s tribute was written in her honor by her family.
