Repairs are continuing after a significant water-line break that occurred Tuesday in the area of North Garden Avenue and Cherry Street.
New pieces of equipment were installed in the problem area Wednesday and installation will continue Thursday and Friday, according to a city of Roswell press release.
Once the new equipment is in place and appears to be functioning properly, water pressure and flow within the system will begin to increase gradually. It is expected residents throughout the city will see a noticeable increase in water pressure Saturday, according to the press release.
Until then, citizens are asked to not water yards and to conserve water.
