The Respiratory Therapy Program at ENMU-Roswell has received continuing accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC), according to a press release from the university.

CoARC, at its July meeting, reaffirmed accreditation of the Associate of Applied Science degree, part of the ENMU-Roswell Respiratory Care Professional Practice Program.

“The recent accreditation review conducted by CoARC recognizes the program’s commitment towards compliance with the nationally established accreditation standards,” said Dr. Thomas R. Smalling, chief executive officer.

The next comprehensive evaluation of the program and an on-site review is scheduled to occur no later than 2029.

“The next cohort for respiratory therapy will start Aug. 12,” said Mavis Williams, Respiratory Therapy Program Director. For more information, contact Williams at 575-624-7217.
