‘Stuff the Bus’ drives away with many supplies

Salvation Army officers and volunteers collect donations and school supplies Saturday for the first annual “Stuff the Bus” school supply drive co-sponsored by Walmart and held in the Walmart parking lot. The goods collected will be distributed next week at the Salvation Army’s offices at 612 W. College Blvd. on a first-come, first-serve basis during normal office hours (9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 9 a.m. to noon, Friday). From left are Cpt.
