Man accused of battery added to ‘Roswell’s Most Wanted’ list

A man accused of assaulting a family member is the latest person named to Roswell’s Most Wanted list by the Roswell Police Department.

Manuel P. Munoz, 38, faces charges of battery of a household member after he allegedly slapped, punched and kicked his wife on multiple occasions during a period of several days in July, according to a press release from the RPD Thursday.

Munoz is described as being 5 feet, 4 inches tall, 205 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He also has on his body a number of tattoos. The name Sylvia is tattooed on his right hand, and Kylee on his left hand. Munoz also has tattoos on his arm, neck, shoulder, abdomen and back.

People with information about Munoz’s whereabouts, or information that could assist in locating him, should call the Roswell Police Department at 575-624-6770, or Chaves County Crime Stoppers at 1-888-594-847. Callers can remain anonymous and might be eligible for a reward if their information leads to an arrest or conviction.
