Police seek answers after morning accident

Roswell police are requesting that people come forward with any information they have about a two-vehicle accident that occurred Tuesday morning near the downtown area.

The traffic accident happened at about 7 a.m. at the intersection of East Second Street and Virginia Avenue and involved two SUVs.

“The accident involved a red SUV and a white SUV, with the white SUV rolling over and its female driver transported to a hospital with minor injuries,” a post on the Roswell Police Department’s Facebook page states.

Roswell police are interested in speaking to anyone who witnessed the accident. People with information can contact Adam Rhodes, traffic officer with the RPD, at 575-624-6770.
