Shingles stolen from South Birch Avenue

Police responded to a larceny in the 300 block of South Birch Avenue at 8:48 a.m. Sept. 7. Sixteen shingles valued at $528 were reported stolen.

Arrests/citations

Clarence James Barker was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating drugs and alcohol Sept. 11 at 12:33 a.m. at the 1900 block of South Sunset Avenue.

Arson/criminal damage

Police responded to a call of an arson in the 700 block of East Alameda Street at 5:25 a.m. Sept. 6. A storage shed valued at $1,000 was reported damaged.

Police responded to a domestic dispute in the zero block of East Wells Street at 12:39 p.m. Sept. 7. A windshield and a door on a 2009 Chevy sustained a combined value of $520 in damage.

An officer was dispatched to the 1600 block of South Michigan Avenue at 10:01 p.m. Sept. 8 in reference to criminal damage. A door was dented and a window cracked causing $3,000 worth of damage to a 2015 Cadillac.

An officer responded to a call at 10:50 p.m. Sept. 9 in the 1000 block of East Country Club Road in reference to a burglary. A storage door was reported to have sustained $100 worth of damage.

An officer responded at 9:04 p.m. Sept. 12 to a call in the 500 block of West Hobbs Street in reference to criminal damage. A rear windshield valued at $500 on a 2006 Chevy Impala was reported damaged.

Larceny/theft

An officer was dispatched to the 3000 block of North Main Street at 9:29 p.m. Sept. 7 in reference to a vehicle burglary. A cellphone valued at $500 was reported stolen from a vehicle.

An officer responded to a larceny in the 700 block of Sherill Lane at 1:27 a.m. Sept. 7. Cash in the amount of $1,200 was reported stolen.

A television valued at $400 was reported stolen from the 700 block of Peach Street at 9:57 a.m. Sept. 7.

Police were dispatched to the 700 block of Three Cross Drive at 10:44 p.m. Sept. 7 in reference to a burglary non-forced. Cash in the amount of $1,400 was reported stolen. A duffle bag, two garage openers, a Ford Mustang, a battery charger, three tool bags, a microwave, a Dremel tool and a pillow with a combined value of $1,880 were reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue at 2:30 a.m. Sept. 8 in reference to the vehicle burglary of a 2011 Ford. A Smith and Wesson SDVE 40 was reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 1000 block of South Main Street at 6:18 a.m. Sept. 8 in reference to a burglary forced entry. Newport cigarettes valued at $138 and cellphones with a combined value of $791 were reported stolen.

A 2005 Nissan Sedan and keys were reported stolen Sept. 8 at 11:08 a.m. from the 900 block of Hickory Drive during a burglary forced entry.

An officer was dispatched to the 2900 block of North Main Street at 8:33 a.m. Sept. 9 in reference to a vehicle burglary of a yellow Volvo. A Sony stereo and a Volvo fuse panel cover with a combined value of $280 were reported stolen.

A back window worth $150 on a 2004 Buick was reported damaged at 3:23 p.m. Sept. 9 in the 300 block of West Forest Street.
