Burglar only takes security and doorbell cameras

The following public records are from the Roswell Police Department and can be viewed at rpdp2c.org. All people arrested or cited are presumed innocent.

An Arlo security camera and a doorbell camera with a combined value of $175 were reported stolen Sept. 22 at 2:42 a.m. in the 300 block of West Alameda Street.

Arrests/citations

Chad Allen Botello was charged with unlawful use of a license Sept. 20 at 11:16 p.m. in the 3000 block of South Union Avenue.

Leticia Gurrola was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs on Sept. 21 at 2 a.m. on South Atkinson Avenue.

Jacob Montoya was charged with failure to pay fines and carrying a deadly weapon at 4:07 p.m. Sept. 21 at the 1000 block of South Lea Avenue.

Casey Jones was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs Sept. 21 at 11:57 p.m. in the 500 block of North Union Avenue.

Virginia Lynn Bolinger was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs Sept. 23 at 9:14 p.m. in the 3600 block of North Main.

Cassandra Kirkman was charged with carrying a deadly weapon Sept. 24 at 12:17 a.m. during a traffic stop at the 100 block of South Ohio Avenue and West Walnut Street.

Adrian Garrick Williams was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia Sept. 24 at 6:02 p.m. in the 500 block of West 19th Street.

Sonya Linda Lujan was charged with shoplifting Sept. 25 at 11:27 p.m. from a 2000 block of Southeast Main Street business.

Jesus J. Flores-Munoz and George C. Mcanelly III were charged with trafficking a controlled substance; synthetic drug on Sept. 25 at 7:27 a.m. in the 3000 block of North Main Street.

Pauline Sambrado was charged on a fugitive from justice warrant Sept. 25 at 11:42 a.m. in the zero block of Grand Avenue.

Crystal Moreno was charged with shoplifting Sept. 26 at 2:21 p.m. in the 200 block of West Bland Street.

Arson/criminal damage

Police responded at 1:16 p.m. Sept. 21 to criminal damage in the 900 block of Hickory Drive. A community mailbox sustained $80 worth of damage.

Police responded Sept. 20 at 7:32 p.m. in reference to criminal damage in the 2000 block of South Union Avenue. A 2010 vehicle valued at $2,500 had paint scratched on it and was reported damaged.

Police responded to a vehicle burglary of a 1998 Chevy Sept. 22 at 4:37 a.m. in the 700 block of Missouri Avenue. A passenger window valued at $500 was reported damaged.

An officer responded to a criminal damage call Sept. 22 at 11:45 a.m. in the zero block of Riverside Drive. A passenger window valued at $400 on a 2015 Ford F-150 was reported damaged.

An officer was flagged down in the 500 block of East Second Street Sept. 25 at 3:40 a.m. in reference to criminal damage. A front door valued at $750 was reported damaged.

Police were dispatched to the 300 block of South Michigan Avenue Sept. 25 at 8:22 a.m. in reference to criminal damage. A windshield and a window with a combined value of $400 on a Chevy Silverado were reported damaged.

Police were dispatched to the 1000 block of Ivy Drive Sept. 25 at 9:35 p.m. in reference to criminal damage. A wooden fence valued at $700 was reported damaged.

An officer was dispatched to the 200 block of Washington Avenue Sept. 25 at 4:39 p.m. in reference to a breaking and entering. A door valued at $100 was reported damaged.

An officer was dispatched to the 1400 block of Mossman Drive Sept. 26 at 9:49 a.m. in reference to criminal damage. A window valued at $250 on a 2014 Chrysler was reported damaged.

Police were dispatched to the 500 block of Chamisal Avenue Sept. 26 at 9:50 p.m. in reference to criminal damage. A windshield valued at $500 on a 2015 Ford was reported damaged.

Larceny/theft

A trailer valued at $1,500 was reported stolen at 12:46 p.m. Sept. 20 in the 3000 block of Highland Drive.

Police responded to the larceny of a 2017 Chevy Silverado Sept. 21 at 5:13 a.m. in the 100 block of North Richardson Avenue. A multi-wrench set, Husky inflator, two Dewalt drills, tractor wrenches, an electrical maintenance bag, two fishing poles and a tackle box with a combined value of $670 were reported stolen. A passenger window valued at $100 was also reported damaged.

An officer was dispatched to the 500 block of South Spruce Avenue in reference to a burglary at 10:04 p.m. Sept. 22. A firearm valued at $350 was reported stolen and a screen window valued at $20 was reported damaged.

Police responded to a burglary of a red 1994 Ford pickup truck Sept. 22 at 7:25 a.m. in the 700 block of North Missouri Avenue. PowerPoint cords and miscellaneous tools with a combined value of $600 were reported stolen. A passenger side window and a lock with a combined value of $700 were reported damaged.

An officer responded to a larceny Sept. 21 at 4:55 p.m. in the 2000 block of North Main Street. An American Red Cross sign valued at $150 was reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 100 block of East Third Street Sept. 21 at 9:16 p.m. in reference to a vehicle burglary of a 2008 Ford. A Social Security card, a Capital One card, a medical card, a debit card, a purse, a wallet and a planner with a combined value of $110 were reported stolen.

A robbery with a firearm was reported on Sept. 21 at 8:57 p.m. in the 1700 block of West Second Street. A Samsung Chromebook valued at $160 was reported stolen.

Keys to a BMW, keys to a Toyota Tundra, house keys, a key to a local bank, a military ID, a backpack, a wedding ring and a wallet with a combined value of $1,270 were reported stolen at 4:06 p.m. Sept. 22 in the 3000 block of North Main Street.

An officer was dispatched to the 3000 block of North Main Street Sept. 22 at 3:25 a.m. in reference to the unlawful taking of a 2001 Chevy Tahoe.

Police were dispatched to the 2500 block of West Second Street at 12:44 a.m. Sept. 22 in reference to a larceny. A red purse containing $100 in cash, a phone charger, a Social Security card and a driver’s license with a combined value of $160 was reported stolen.

Police responded to a report of a vehicle burglary at Sept. 23 at 12:14 a.m. in the 1900 block of South Sunset Avenue. Cash, a wallet, an Otero debit card, a Wells Fargo debit card, cash, a server book, a server license, a driver’s license and an Eastern New Mexico University-Roswell student ID with a combined value of $825 were reported stolen from a 2015 Honda. A driver’s side door was also reported to have sustained $500 in damage.

An officer was dispatched to the 500 block of Linda Drive Sept. 23 at 7:34 p.m. in reference to the larceny of a bicycle. A bicycle valued at $250 was reported stolen.

A pit bull was reported stolen at the 1900 block of Juniper Street Sept. 24 at 8 a.m.

An officer was dispatched to the 600 block of North Missouri Avenue Sept. 24 at 11:31 p.m. in reference to a burglary. A Bluetooth speaker, a television, a DVD player, jewelry, a kitchen knife set, an amplifier and a briefcase containing tattoo supplies with a combined value of $590 were reported stolen.
