Roswell Police Department investigators are asking for the public’s help in providing information that could lead to identifying a suspect — or anyone else involved — in a shooting homicide Sunday evening.
The shooting occurred in the south Roswell area known as “the base,” according to a press release from RPD.
RPD officers and detectives, along with Roswell Fire Department emergency medical responders, were called to the scene of the shooting at Walker Boulevard and Eyman Street at approximately 5:30 p.m. Sunday, according to the press release.
The victim, Stefon Gregory Doram Jr., 30, of Roswell, was found inside a car. Doram had suffered multiple gunshot wounds, but was still alive, according to the press release. He was transported to a local hospital, but later died.
Witnesses described the car in which Doram was found as possibly being involved in an exchange of gunfire with another vehicle.
