Letter: Stranded motorists grateful for aid

We would like to share a beautiful, heart-warming experience that we had while visiting your quaint town of Roswell.

Our car battery went dead and we were stranded at the Domino’s pizza restaurant on Main Street on Monday, Oct. 7. I was “on hold” with (a roadside assistance service) for 45 minutes trying to get road assistance.

A wonderful young lady, Courtney, with a darling toddler recognized our distress and offered assistance. She called her dad who immediately came to our aid. He jump-started our car, enabling us to get back safely to the hotel.

Courtney and her dad are generous and wonderful representatives of Roswell. They were our angels that night and we are so grateful to them.

Thanks again Courtney and Dad.
