Halloween costume, lights and weedeaters stolen

The following public records are from the Roswell Police Department and can be viewed at rpdp2c.org. All people arrested or cited are presumed innocent.

An officer was dispatched to the 4500 block of North Main Street Oct. 31 at 7:32 p.m. in reference to a larceny shoplifting. A Captain America costume, a pair of thermals and outdoor ghost lights with a combined value of $30.96 were reported stolen.

Arrests/citations

Felix Tommy Vallejos was charged with disturbing contents of a trash receptacle Oct. 26 at 7:36 p.m. in the 200 block of North Montana Avenue.

Christopher Allen Chevett is charged with eluding or attempting to elude an officer Oct. 26 at 11:41 p.m. in the 900 block of North Main Street.

Raquel Bailey was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs Oct. 27 at 6:52 p.m. in the 2000 block of Mesa Avenue.

Anthony Ray Horton was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs Oct. 28 at 11:54 p.m. in the 400 block of East Matthews Street.

Heather Sanchez was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor drugs Oct. 31 at 1:43 p.m. in the 2200 block of North Atkinson Avenue.

Arson/criminal damage

An officer was dispatched to the 1200 block of East Second Street Oct. 25 at 3:13 a.m. in reference to a commercial alarm. A front door window with a value of $500 was reported damaged.

Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Robin Street Oct. 26 at 4:47 p.m. in reference to criminal damage. Trim around a front door was reported to have sustained $100 worth of damage.

An officer responded to the 1300 block of McCall Loop Oct. 31 at 6:04 p.m in reference to criminal damage. A window valued at $200 was reported damaged.

Larceny/theft

Police were dispatched to the 100 block of North Lea Avenue Oct. 25 at 3:01 p.m. in reference to a civil matter. A black 2006 Chrysler was burglarized. An amplifier valued at $400 was reported stolen and a window valued at $300 was reported broken.

Police responded to the 1200 block of Moore Avenue Oct. 26 at 11:17 a.m. in reference to a larceny. A Steele Weedeater and an Echo Weedeater with a combined value of $500 were reported stolen.

Police responded to the 4500 block of North Main Street Oct. 28 at 8 p.m. in reference to a shoplifting. A pressure washer valued at $134 was reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the intersection of Sheppard and Isler Roads Oct. 29 at 7:07 a.m. in reference to the unlawful taking of a Hyundai Tucson valued at $30,000. The vehicle was later recovered with a driver’s side window valued at $200 reported damaged.

An officer responded to the 4500 block of North Main Street Oct. 29 at 3:28 p.m. in reference to a shoplifting. A Go Pro Camera valued at $329 was reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 3000 block of North Main Street Oct. 29 at 12:59 p.m. in reference to a larceny. A spiral saw and electrical engraver with a combined value of $89.98 were reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 200 block of North Main Street in reference to a vehicle burglary of a Chevy on Oct. 29 at 9:33 p.m. Debit cards, a medium-size purse, two Coach wallets, a Social Security card and a driver’s license with a combined value of $214 were reported stolen. A passenger side window valued at $200 was also reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 1000 block of South Main Street Oct. 29 at 10:37 p.m. in reference to a shoplifting. Twenty containers of conditioner, three of shampoo, three Bio Silk shampoo and one cooking pot with a combined value of $165.73 were reported stolen.
