The Roswell Chamber of Commerce and the Roswell Chamber of Commerce Redcoats held a ribbon-cutting to celebrate Laura’s Café’s six-year anniversary. Deliciousness is served up daily along with excellent service. They are located at the bottom floor of the Petroleum Building, 100 S. Richardson Ave. Owner Maribel Quinonez invites you to come and try a hot bowl of posole or menudo and their award-winning green chile stew.
